Where we ship

United States addresses only. Checkout accepts a shipping address in the United States and nowhere else.

How long it takes

Every mug is made to order and printed by our production partners in the United States, so it ships within the US. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays, and are counted from the day after you order.

• Production: 1-3 business days from order to dispatch
• Delivery after dispatch: 3-6 business days
• Total: your mug arrives in 4-9 business days, the same figure shown on every product page and at checkout

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take longer than 4-9 business days.

The banner at the top of the shop shows the last day to order for delivery by Black Friday and before Christmas. It is worked out from the longest times above.

What it costs

Shipping is $5.95 for the first mug and $4.00 for each additional mug in the same order. There is no free-shipping threshold. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. One order holds up to 99 mugs; for more, place a second order.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you, with the tracking number whenever the carrier gives us one.

If your order is late

If we learn we cannot ship by the time stated above, we will email you before that date with a new expected ship date and your options:

1. Accept the delay, or
2. Cancel and receive a full refund.

If the new date is no more than 30 days after the date we first stated and you do not reply, we take it that you accept the delay. If we need a longer delay, a second delay, or cannot give you a new date, we ask for your express consent, and if we do not get it we cancel your order and refund it. You can cancel at any time before your order ships. If you cancel, or we cancel because we cannot ship in time, we send the full refund, including shipping, within 7 working days.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as you can, before the order ships if possible, and we will help.

Customs and duties

None. Orders are produced and delivered inside the United States, so no customs or duties apply.
