1. Who we are

"We", "us" and "our" mean Suchmugs S.R.L. "You" means the person placing the order.

2. Who can buy

We sell to consumers buying for personal use. We ship only to addresses in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to place an order.

3. Products

We sell ceramic mugs printed with the designs shown in this store, some of them personalized with text you provide. Sizes offered: 11oz and 15oz, white ceramic. Each mug is made to order and printed by our production partners in the United States.

Photos and previews show the design as closely as we can. Colors on screen and the exact placement of the print can vary slightly from the finished mug.

4. Personalized orders

• You are responsible for the text you enter: spelling, names, dates and capitalization are printed as typed.
• After you pay, we email an order confirmation that repeats your personalization. If it is wrong, reply within 12 hours of your order. If your mug has not gone to print yet, we correct it; once printing has started we cannot change it.
• We may refuse or cancel, with a full refund, any personalization that is unlawful, hateful, infringes someone else's rights (for example a trademark, a character or a song lyric), or that we cannot print well.
• By submitting text you confirm you have the right to use it and you give us permission to print it on your order.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown on the product page and at checkout.
• Shipping is $5.95 for the first mug and $4.00 for each additional mug, with no free-shipping threshold, and is shown at checkout before you pay (see the Shipping Policy).
• Sales tax: we do not charge sales tax at checkout; the total shown at checkout is what you pay us.
• Payment is taken by card through Stripe's hosted checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Discount codes can be combined, one of each kind per order (the cart sign-up code, a shop code, a creator code). Codes add up (10% + 10% = 20%) to at most 30% off the item price; shipping is not discounted. On some orders the combined discount is capped lower so the order still covers what the mug and its shipping cost us; the cart and the payment page show the exact amount before you pay.
• The cart sign-up offer gives 10% off the item price of your first order, one code per person and email address, used once. A code can have its own conditions, such as an end date, a limit on how many times it can be used, or first orders only; they are stated where the code is shared. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order placed at an obvious pricing error.

6. Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send the order confirmation email. Your card statement will show SUCHMUGS.COM.

7. Cancellations

Request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number. If your mug has not gone to print yet, we cancel the order and refund it in full. Once printing has started we cannot cancel it, but the Refund and Returns Policy still applies. We do not hold orders back before printing, so a mug can go to print within those 12 hours.

8. Shipping and delivery

See the Shipping Policy: production takes 1-3 business days and your mug arrives in 4-9 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take longer than 4-9 business days. If we cannot ship within the time we state, we tell you before that time and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as the US Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435) requires. The Shipping Policy sets out how that works.

9. Refunds and returns

We accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the mug back within 30 days of delivery; we reply with return instructions, and you pay the return shipping. We refund the item price within 7 working days of the day your return reaches us, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Personalized mugs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective; then we replace or refund the affected mug. 10. Warranty

If your mug arrives damaged, misprinted or defective we replace or refund the affected mug. This is a limited warranty, set out in full in the Refund and Returns Policy. We do not disclaim or limit any implied warranty that the law gives you.

11. Our designs

Buying a mug does not give you any right to copy or resell its design, or the photos and text on this store.

12. Reviews

If we ask you for a review we ask every buyer the same way, we never pay for or reward a review, and we never hold back a review because of its rating. We publish every review unless it shares someone's private information, is abusive or obscene, or is not about the product. A review from someone we know, or who tells us on the review form that they know the people behind Suchmugs (a friend, family, or someone who received a free mug), gets a label saying so.

13. Liability

We are responsible for the mugs we sell as these terms and the law of the place where you live provide. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

14. Your rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the consumer protection law of the place where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
